The Louisville (Ky.) Regional Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from companies to provide services for three years relating to customer satisfaction measurement and reporting. The company shall assist the authority’s public relations department in connection with services relating to a comprehensive research program to evaluate customer satisfaction and provide measurement and reporting data in the manner and frequency as specified in the proposal documents. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Oct. 27, 2014, at 2 p.m. as specified in the documents. Proposals are due no later than Nov. 7, 2014 at 2 p.m.
The authority has a No Contact Policy which prohibits contact by proposers or its representatives directed at the authority, its board members, employees, consultants, or its other representatives except as permitted by the proposal document.
The Monroe County (N.Y.) Airport Authority will be receive proposals for the operation of one single brand on-airport car rental concession to be located on the main terminal's first floor and in the parking garage "ready lot" at Greater Rochester International Airport. The Charleston County (S.C.) Aviation Authority, Charleston International Airport, will receive written proposals for airport branding and website redesign at the offices of the Charleston County Aviation Authority, 5500 International Boulevard, #101 (2nd Floor), Charleston, SC 29418, until 2 p.m. (local) Nov. 21, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened. The Grand Junction (Colo.) Request for qualifications (RFQ) for a consultant to perform a wildlife hazard assessment at North Las Vegas Airport (VGT). The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide a wildlife hazard assessment study for North Las Vegas Airport in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful firm will employ an FAA-qualified airport wildlife biologist, and will provide a systematic and comprehensive evaluation of factors contributing to wildlife hazards at, and within a five-mile radius of, the airport environment per FAA Advisory Circular 150/5200-36. The March Inland Port Airport Authority (MIPAA), is accepting development proposals from qualified developers to propose, plan and develop approximately 223 acres for aviation and non-aviation revenue generating uses adjacent to March Air Reserve Base.
