The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority has issued a solicitation to to select a design builder to design, procure and install a parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) at Tampa International (RFQ No. 14-411-020, Authority Project No. 6155 14). The PARCS project will be based on review and validation of the PARCS business strategy development study provided by the authority as an exhibit to the RFQ. The selected respondent will develop the 15 percent conceptual design and 30 percent schematic design documents that will include demolition plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, narrative description of the proposed PARCS, outline specifications, updated schedule, budget, and construction phasing plans.
