Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Aviation Capital Programs, with additional direction and oversight from the Chief Operating Office and the General Manager, Redevelopment Programs. The Manager, Asset Maintenance will develop and implement a new strategic initiative to replace the existing Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) for all Port Authority airports. This will include collaboration and coordination with airport's Physical Plant and Redevelopment, Properties, and Operations staff, on integrating current agency technology systems to track workflow and preventative maintenance of assets (e.g. airfield, landside, fire protection and safety, and all other assets maintained by in-house staff and Port Authority contractors). Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the following: Manage the implementation and follow-up maintenance phases for instituting an airport system-wide asset management program in coordination with the Port Authority Chief Operating Office. Oversee current maintenance related pilot programs and develop a roadmap of key actions and recommendations needed for implementation to prepare the airport system for the accelerated MMIS replacement system. Review the preventive, standing, corrective work orders descriptions used in the initial pilot and develop a strategic plan for the remainder of airport facilities. Develop a preventative maintenance routine in coordination with industry best practices. Prioritize mission critical differences and standards of efficiency, based on unique conditions of concept of operations that will change the descriptions of work orders at each of the airports. Develop an ongoing agenda of issues associated with the Maximo implementation for discussion at the Chief Operating Officer's Monthly Maintenance Management Forums. Review studies conducted by the Chief Operating Officer's Asset Management group and identify recommendations to yield efficiencies for incorporation into Aviation's MMIS replacement initiative. Lead airport Facility Maintenance staff (Facility Maintenance Specialists and Facility Maintenance Asset Management Supervisors) and contractors to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing reporting and analysis.

The Terre Haute International Airport Authority (THIAA) is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) for the purposes of seeking qualified engineering firms or teams for the design, bid, award, and construction administration of the Airport’s West Quad Geometry Changes project. Copies of the ALP, 30% Design (by others) and related documents will be available for review at the THIAA offices, and should be reviewed prior to submittal of the SOQ. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking a fuel retailing and convenience store team to develop and operate a new Multi-fuel Service Station and Convenience Store Concession in a lease agreement with a 20 year term at Washington Dulles International Airport. This new concession will replace the current fueling and convenience concession contract, which will expire in December 2016. The current concession sells approximately 5.5 million gallons of fuel annually; its convenience store and carry-out restaurant sales exceed $5 million annually. The new site is being offered on a different parcel but at the same intersection (Rudder Road and Ariane Way) as the current service station and store. The Salt Lake City Department of Airports is installing end of runway deice pads at Salt Lake City International Airport. A deicing operation plan was developed whereby Delta personnel will only spray Delta/Delta Connection aircraft and another third-party vendor will be selected to provide aircraft deicing services for all of the other carriers. The RFP has been advertised as of March 19, 2015. All interested proposers must attend the pre-bid meeting to be considered for the award.
