Greenbrier Valley Airport Authority (GVAA) is accepting proposals for the airport restaurant location. It is preferred that any proposal include a comprehensive renovation of the premises kitchen/dining area of approximately 1,775 square feet. An additional 600 square feet may be allocated based on the potential of additional vending or premium services being provided by the concessionaire, i.e. gift shop, coffee bar, etc. GVAA will guarantee the habitability of the overall space to include primary electrical service, additional specialty wiring, plumbing to suite the build out of the space will remain the responsibility of the concessionaire and will comply with all applicable state/local codes. It is GVAA's desire to operate a restaurant that incorporates the necessary airport elements (Pre-TSA screening) blended with a community and family friendly environment. The Spokane (Wash.) Airport Board is seeking written proposals from qualified brokers to provide liability and property insurance broker services to Spokane International Airport, Felts Field Airport and the Airport Business Park. The board intends to contract for services with one Broker to assist with its liability and property insurance coverages and risk management program for a three-year period. The selected broker will provide services, including, but not limited to, providing coverage recommendations, placing the insurance coverages, risk management and claims services. One original and six copies of broker’s proposal must be submitted by 2 p.m., DST, July 6, 2016. The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport. The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport. Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Request For proposal (RFP) materials to be released by the Port of Seattle on June 20, 2016. After release of the RFP, the Port will provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view the locations available for lease and the Port will conduct a training session for businesses that are new to the competitive airport leasing process and running a business at an airport.
