New Control Tower Approved For Houston's Ellington Airport


top story photo The Houston City Council has approved a plan that allows for construction of a $12.4 million air traffic control tower at Ellington Airport. The new tower will be 143 feet high, nearly twice as tall as the existing tower, which was built in 1955.
