HMSHost Corp. was awarded an 11-year, $105 million contract to operate more than 14,000 square feet of space El Paso International Airport's main terminal and concourses A and B.
When construction is completed in the summer of 2007, new restaurants will include Carlos & Mickey's, an El Paso culinary legends renowned for its authentic Mexican cuisine, and Starbucks Coffee. Coming to the airport by the end of 2007 are Burger King; El Paso Vineyards Wine Bar; El Paso Market, a café marketplace that will include Quiznos Subs and salads and regional goodies from the El Paso Chili Company, and Keva Juice, featuring smoothies and blended fruit drinks.
In 2008, a second Starbucks, a Quiznos and a Pizza Hut in Concourse B will join El Taco Tote, serving authentic Mexican cuisine; Dewar's Clubhouse, featuring the menu of the Mesa Street Grill in a golf-themed, full-service restaurant and bar.
