The Charleston County Aviation Authority is requesting Qualifications from qualified construction/paving contractors that meet the qualifications set forth in the RFQ documents for the renovation and expansion of existing parking lots and various roads for the Authority. Tri-State Steuben County Airport, located in Angola Indiana, has two facilities with available space for lease. One is an 8100 ft2 building with a 60-foot-wide and 16-foot-high bi-fold door. This building was previously used for aircraft maintenance. This building has the option to be used in whole or in part, we would prefer an aviation use but is not required. Building has radiant LP gas heat and is located on the ramp. We also are looking to lease space in our newly constructed Terminal that also has a heated hangar with ramp access. This building would also be ideal for either a business aircraft or mechanic that is looking for a great airport and area to set up shop. The City of Colorado Springs is currently soliciting proposals from qualified rental car companies to provide rental car services for the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). Companies shall be granted non-exclusive rights to operate for a contract period of ten (10)years, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2028. This RFP is available on Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (www.rockymountainbidsystem.com). We will hold a pre-proposal conference at the Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E. Request for Statement Of Qualifications to provide engineering services at the Crater Lake – Klamath Regional Airport in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The City of Klamath Falls intends to retain the services of a consultant to provide engineering for upcoming Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program projects and other additional projects for a five year period beginning in 2018.
